Vladimir - Vlada Maricic is one of the most successful jazz pianists and composers in Serbia.

Over the last 15 years he has released 7 albums, covering a unique mixture of Balkan ethnic ornaments, jazz & Latin jazz. His last release ‘Romano-Cubano, a mix of Gypsy music from Balkan and latin jazz, featured vocalist Ljubisa Stojanovic-Louis and Cuban percussionist, Lazaro Del Toro - Vega, highlighting yet again Vladimir’s unique talent and sense for undiscovered values.

Vladimir has recorded and performed with his quintet, trio and Belgrade radio big band, releasing ‘Old Dreams & New Friends’ with musicians such as Alvin Queen Reggie Johnson. His quartet recently appeared at the Belgrade Jazz Festival with Grammy-winning trumpet player Brian Lynch.
