The Paul Reed Smith Band features members of Paul's 'Eightlock' project - a band of high-level musicians who are friends, “locked” together, recording and performing a new kind of groove with its roots in Baltimore funk, DC go-go and New Orleans swing.

The excitement around this new music is infectious. The band’s first CD was released in December of 2023 to critical acclaim and European tours are planned for winter 2024/Spring 2025 with personnel drawn from the following incredible 'Eightlock' musicians;

A video outlining the band’s live talents is complete and displayed on a John Mayer song, “Last Train Home.” Paul Reed Smith Eightlock and team are excited as the recordings “jump out of the speakers” and live sounds like guns/fireworks going off.
